Return Label Policy

Sunset Leather will provide a prepaid return label only in cases of product damage or an incorrect item received, within 30 days of the order date. For all other returns and exchanges, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will cover the shipping fee when sending the replacement or exchange back to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange online within 30 days of receiving your item using the link below. Items must be in original packaging with tags attached and include a copy of your receipt. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA#) and return address upon submission.

International Returns

Due to the higher cost of international shipping and customs duties, customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped an incorrect item.

Promotional & Gift Items

Items received as part of a bundle deal or free gift promotion may only be exchanged — no refunds will be issued on promotional items.

Custom Items

All custom vests and handmade items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available on custom orders. Please double-check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
