We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sunset Leather. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return WindowĀ You may return or exchange items within 90 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Items must be unworn and in resalable condition

How to Start a ReturnĀ To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at leather@sunsetleatheronline.com with your order number. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.

Return Shipping Costs

For Damaged or Incorrect Items:Ā If we shipped you a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you within 90 days of your order date.

For Regular Returns and Exchanges:Ā Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will cover the shipping cost when sending your exchange back to you.

International Returns:Ā Due to increased international shipping costs and customs duties, customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we shipped an incorrect item.

Processing TimeĀ Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Special Conditions

Custom Items:Ā All custom vests and personalized items are handmade to order.Ā No refunds or exchanges are accepted on custom items.Ā Please double-check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Promotional and Gift Items:Ā Items from bundle deals or received as free gifts may be exchanged but are not eligible for refund.
